Upon purchasing the license, we help your organization as much as you'd like and in three steps:

Step One Customization

Consultants: We help your team customize the Aspire Higher program including collateral materials and communication strategy with your current talent management initiatives.

Step Two Delivery

Facilitators and Coaches: We deliver Aspire Higher and/or train your trainers (if applicable).

Step Three Post Program Evaluation

Consultants: We don’t stop here. We hang around for post-delivery of Aspire Higher through additional collaboration and further align with future initiatives.
